What currency are the prices on your website?
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollar).

How long does shipping take?
If you live in Australia, shipping may take around 1 week from the moment your order is processed.

If you live outside of Australia, shipping timeframes may vary from 3 to 4 weeks depending on your location.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed depending on your location. Please keep this in mind.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Rates are based on your location and the product/s you order.

My Aussie and New Zealand friends can enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 aud.
My International friends can enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60 aud

Right now i'm just starting out as a small business, but I am working hard to reduce my costs so that I can also reduce the shipping fees, so please be patient with me as I crawl my way through the small business world.

Duties & Taxes (international orders)
Unfortunately, I do not collect or offer prepaid taxes.
​
Any duties and import taxes, including VAT, are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any duties and import taxes prior to the delivery of your parcel.

This may cause delays, so please keep an eye on your parcel using the given tracking number to ensure it does not get abandoned at customs or returned to me.

If you have any questions related to duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

What is your returns & exchanges policy?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
